• 
  Document preparation prior to contract process
• Issue the quotations to the clients
• Give a guideline regarding contract process
• Review/Draft the contracts
• Support inbound contracts depending upon the business environment
• Communicate with the vendors/clients/service teams/Legal/finance/AR
• Archive/Share the executed contracts
• Notify the contract completion to the client/service teams
• Register the payment plan to internal system and communicate with AR for the accurate invoicing
• Backup preparation for invoicing
• Preparation of invoice/resource reports for the clients
• Preparation of internal budget/contract status reports
• Support communication btw AR and customer AP in case of payment issues

• 
  Bachelor Degree
• Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated.
• Managing internal tasks and report to relevant member
• Strong problem-finding skills
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential
