About The Team The Payment Solutions Business Operations team is responsible for strategic planning, process execution, cross-team collaboration, communication, operational oversight, business intelligence, data and analytics and driving strategic initiatives across the Payment Solutions segment. We balance time between short term goals and thoughtful go-forward strategy for optimizing operations with the lines of business and the leveraged functions. We create and implement strategy to drive margin expansion via cost reduction, revenue increase or efficiency building within the division. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Payments business! What You Will Be Doing Gathering and analyzing information / data sets to create and communicate recommendations based on findings Review and document end to end processes and propose solutions for improvement Create communications and deliverables for senior executives in the organization Interact with various businesses and leveraged teams to improve interlock, processes, and transparency Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and indicators for future improvement opportunities What You Bring Bachelor’s degree from job discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Added Bonus If You Have Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and/or PowerBI Experience in creating executive level reporting and communications Working knowledge of general business financials What We Offer You Competitive salary and excellent benefits The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!
