The Opportunity:
The University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Sciences (COS) is seeking to hire two (2) Budget Analyst I positions. This will be for positions #P-12470 and #P-14225. The Budget Analyst I position will support the Post-Award team in the Finance/Budget Business Center by managing financial data to accurately reflect actuals and projections on Contracts & Grants (C&G).
Responsibilities:

Monitor and address suspense activity to ensure long-term solutions are initiated and facilitate the process of cleaning up activity in a timely fashion.

Manage all financial activities needed during the 90-day close-out period and after the close-out period if needed.

Assist with developing and producing financial reports for Principal Investigators (PIs).

Assist Post-Award Manager with calculating the indirect returns and facilitate the process to distribute the funds.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.
