Alyssa Monroe is a women's fashion boutique located in sunny Miami Beach, FL on Washington Ave. This position is not fast paced and is a great position for someone who is looking for something slow and steady.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The boutique sales associate reports directly to the Owner and is responsible for running the daily operations, ensure overall store success driving sales, reinforcing operations, merchandising and overall service and brand integrity for the individual boutique.

Responsibilities:

Acquire strong product knowledge of the inventory
Advise and assist customers with their choices of products for themselves and for gifts
Acquire extensive knowledge of Fashion
Provide outstanding customer service
Assist with opening and closing of store to ensure the store is ready for business
Ensure that Company standards are upheld in merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping and loss prevention.
Protect store assets and inventory.
Manage new arrivals, markdowns, back stock and fill-ins.
Requirements

Must live close to Miami Beach area
3-5 years of prior retail associate experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional or boutique environment
Proven ability to drive sales
Must present a positive professional and energetic attitude
Must possess a passion for customer service and selling
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Basic math skills are necessary.
Computer literacy including MS Office a plus
Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
Advanced knowledge of POS, store systems and comfortable using digital tools.
Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube & Pinterest)
Up to date with social media trends
