Bilingual Leasing Specialist
Job description
Lease daily
Check voicemail’s and emails daily
Perform general administrative task; phone messages and filing etc
Document and handle resident and property related issues
Update marketing tools daily
Process prospective resident applications
Prepare future resident leases and M/I folders
Experience with Yardi, CRM and Safe Rent is highly preferred
Bilingual-speaking fluent spanish and English is highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
