Job description
Reduce poverty by connecting families to regional economic development hubs, training, and education oriented toward providing sustainable living opportunities for Puerto Rican low-income families residing in the communities surrounding BGCPR club units. AmeriCorps VISTA's members will be able to support and improve the organization's quality of service, create new staff inductions and training in poverty issues, create new communication tools, improve organizational capacity, efficiency, and programmatic linkages

Member Duties : Organizational Development Analyst VISTA will work with the Human Resources Organizational Development team to create, access, and improve internal organizational development processes, change management and contingency planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
