About us

The Nitty Gritty is a campus tradition for 53 years featuring award winning burgers and classic casual favorites. We have a very active and vibrant bar crowd as well.

Our Bartenders perform a variety of tasks that include bartending, customer service, station prep and basic cleaning/stocking. You must be able to hustle, as we are always busy. Hours are flexible with part time hours available.

We have full or part-time hours, day or night. Most hours and higher paying shifts are evenings and especially weekends. If you can't work weekends, please do not apply. We are located by sports event Center, campus and football stadium. We are super busy, high volume and you must be able to work in fast environment.
