About The Position:
In this role, you will join a newly awarded prime contract at Scott AFB, IL to lead, advise, and integrate new comms capabilities for voice services, high frequency, broadcast (line of sight), message traffic, message services, and others. There are several systems, services, and vendors supporting this effort and you will need to interact with all of them. You will also need to ensure the compatibility of any changes implemented.
Requirements
Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one- Experience in avionics communications with a focus on C2 systems
- Familiarity with Air Mobility Command missions, procedures and policies for voice services and general message traffic
- Up-to-date on national and international standards, regulations, policies and procedures for avionics comms capabilities
- Professional background in avionics (pilot, navigator, etc)
- Great Communicator
