Weelborg Ford, in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking a dependable, motivated self-starting Automotive Sales Consultant. The sales professional will work in a fast paced environment where we strive for excellence in creating a great customer experience.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Developing your sales career through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Some of the areas of skill that would be valuable to us would include: Previous sales/retail experience

- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine desire to help our customers enjoy their experience with us
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday with scheduled day off during the week.
