KIA of East Hartford is a new and used KIA dealership and we also serve KIA drivers in the Bristol, Enfield, Columbia and Wallingford areas which are less than 20 minutes away. Responsibilities - Express Service Advisor:
- Greet customers at the vehicle.
- Consult with customer on applicable service specials
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Provide “Active Delivery” upon completion of services.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
- Build strong relationships with the customers
Qualifications/Requirements - Express Service Advisor:
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid in-state driver's license

- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
