Industriekaufleute (m/w/d)
Industriekaufleute arbeiten in allen Funktionsbereichen eines Unternehmens. Dein Einsatz erfolgt beispielsweise im Einkauf, Marketing und Vertrieb, Personalwesen, Finanz– und Rechnungswesen oder in der Materialwirtschaft. Industriekaufleute lernen alle erforderlichen kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten, von der Beschaffung der Ware bis zum nachgelagerten Kundenservice. Du kalkulierst zum Beispiel Preise, kaufst Waren und Vorräte ein, verkaufst die hergestellten Produkte, berätst Kund*innen oder arbeitest in der Personalabteilung mit.
Dauer der Ausbildung und Berufsschule:

Wir bieten dir eine fundierte und umfassende kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem spannenden, internationalen Umfeld. Du durchläufst alle relevanten Abteilungen, um die Prozesse und Abläufe in einem Industriebetrieb kennen zu lernen. Du wirst von unseren kompetenten Fach- und Führungskräften ausgebildet und betreut. Zusätzlich stehen dir in jedem Bereich Ausbildungsbeauftragte zur Seite. Du hast die Möglichkeit im Rahmen des Erasmus-Programms an einem Praxisaufenthalt im Ausland teil zu nehmen.

Du beendest die Schule mit der Mittleren Reife oder einem höheren Abschluss

Du verfügst über gute Noten in Deutsch, Englisch und Mathematik
Unsere Leistungen:
Es erwartet dich eine Ausbildungsvergütung nach Tarifvertrag, Weihnachtsgeld, Urlaubsgeld, Erfolgsbeteiligung, flexible Arbeitszeiten bei einer 37,5 Stunden-Woche, 30 Tage Erholungsurlaub pro Jahr, vermögenswirksame Leistungen und eine betriebliche Altersversorgung ab dem 7. Monat der Betriebszugehörigkeit.
