Who We Are

WeightWatchers' Performance Marketing team is responsible for driving subscription growth and revenue for the business. The paid social team manages a multi-million dollar annual investment across paid social channels with a relentless focus on driving profitable membership sign-ups at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in day-to-day paid social campaign management across multiple tactics and channels (Facebook,TikTok, Pinterest) including but not limited to creative & audience launches, optimizations, and daily campaign and budget management.

  • Contribute to ideation and execution of a roadmap dedicated to increasing cLTV/CAC ratio through rigorous audience, creative and landing page tests and optimizations.

  • Provide data analysis and input into reporting decks

  • Project manage various work streams to insure team stays on top of deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with other digital performance channel teams including search, display, video, influencer/celebrity, and email.Assist with creative production/ideation for Paid Social assets in collaboration with the digital creative strategy team and creative partners.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of related work in marketing (paid social media team experience required).

  • You're an open-minded self-starter - when you see an opportunity for improvement, or an area of the business to learn, you take action.

  • You're a team player who finds common ground and solves problems for the good of all.

  • You have strong written and communication/presentation skills.

  • You're organized- you love making lists and checking them twice.

  • You're adaptable and able to easily shift directions on goals, priorities, resourcing, and business needs, typical of a high-growth environment.

  • You believe in and understand power WW has to change people's lives.

  • You're creative. You love developing unique ideas and sharing them during strategy discussions.
