The Best Western in Canla winchester Ohio is currently accepting resumes for the position of Assistant General Manager.

Our hotels believe every guest is our most important; excepting nothing but the best from each and every associate. If you’ve worked for other companies and have had “customer complaints”; you will not be a good fit for our company!

The ideal candidate will have prior hotel management experience. The candidate must be a hands on manager with a “can do” attitude. This is NOT an office management position. Candidates with previous Hotel experience preferred. Applicants must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Our business is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

The AGM position requires an open schedule to include nights & weekends since the AGM is in charge when the General Manager is not present.

Below are several key qualities our ideal candidate will have:

1) Experience in increasing hotel service scores

2) Experience in leading and motivating a team, management & line level alike

3) The ability to train managers, utilizing both Brand & Company policies and procedures

4) Past experience with visual matrix is highly sought

5) Previous experience in creating & maintaining a guest experience through line level associates

6) Stable and progressive work history
