Overview:
The Aladdin Client Services team works with clients at some of the world’s largest financial institutions. We apply our in-depth understanding of Aladdin, our clients’ businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class service to our rapidly growing, global client base. The clients you will work with include some of the most sophisticated asset managers, insurance companies, banks, treasuries, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.

Who are you?
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in problem solving related to technology/finance
- A history of delivering excellent client service and a passion to work in support
- Experience explaining technical concepts in an understandable way
- Experience multitasking in a high-pressure role
- Basic or intermediate coding and programming skills
- Operations, middle-office, or accounting experience preferred
What will you do?
You will be on the frontline of Aladdin inquiry related to accounting and our middle office tools. Answering questions related to system issues, analytical and functionality questions. These questions will require in-depth research and collaboration with partner teams to identify and resolve the issue. You will:
- Build expertise on Aladdin tooling
- Work with teams throughout BlackRock Solutions
- Educate our users on Aladdin best practices
- Innovate solutions

For Seattle only the salary range for this position is $85,500 – $100,000.0. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s current hybrid work model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while supporting increased flexibility for all employees. In line with local health guidance and regulations, employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office each week, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
