The Opportunity
Do you want to drive the development of the agile framework of Design & Engineering, the hardware development team of NavVis, while collaborating with many other teams at an* international market leader in spatial technologies?*

In this role, you will use your Scrum and project management experience, together with your outstanding social skills, to run and improve our Scrum processes within all six squads of D&E. You will own and drive cross departmental projects. Additionally, you will develop meaningful OKRs with the team of hardware designers and engineers that will define the strategic direction of our development goals and initiatives.

How you will make an impact

  • You will have the crucial responsibility of managing & further developing D&E's agile framework
  • You will have the key task of identifying problems, understanding dependencies and bringing the right stakeholders together
  • You will manage the facilitation of scrum meetings, such as sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives.
  • You will play an active role in supporting your team members to improve communication and processes related to their work
  • You will implement structural improvements to increase team velocity and happiness

What will help you succeed in the role

  • 5+ years of experience in Scrum, Product -, Project-, or Program Management, supported by additional certifications or courses
  • Excellent communication skills, accompanied by a pragmatic and solution driven attitude
  • Empathy and understanding of team needs
  • Technical understanding
  • Ability to handle and structure various topics at the same time
  • Positive attitude even under stressful situations
  • An electronics, mechatronics or M.Eng. background, together with experience working with OKRs and Jira or Confluence will be an added bonus!
