Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit

Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is working in the business area for the Housing and Residence Life and Office of Accessibility Resources & Services Departments which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, Pcard management, reimbursements, travel, payroll, human resources, etc.
This position is primarily responsible for processing EPAF’s for students and staff, review all departmental timesheets including EHRA, SHRA, Hourly, Temp, Student, etc. and enter data into Banner HR system. Review data in Kronos (timekeeping system) for payroll purposes. This position will process job postings and hiring proposals, maintain employee leave records, and departmental personnel files. This position will also provide back up and cross train in tasks related to accounts payable, purchasing, and Pcard management.

Minimum Qualifications
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
