Job Title: Account Coordinator - Temp to Perm (hybrid)
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
FLSA: Non-exempt
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator that will be Temp to Perm. This position will provide support to the account management team.
Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Validation of documents
• Support ticket tracking
• Assisting with enrollment audit
• Managing and organizing files and documents, including confidential information
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Assist with project management and coordination
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to clients

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
