Position title: Warehouse Associate (2nd shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt (On-site).

Compensation: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience). + $.80 Shift Differential


Warehouse Associate


The Warehouse Associate is responsible to pull, move, load and stock materials related to the production and finishing of job related workflow. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, diligent worker who can complete tasks successfully with little to no guidance.

2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday 3:15pm - 1:45am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Distribute proper quantity and quality of material to machine workstations.
  • Keep machine/operator supplies and materials replenished throughout the work day on a timely basis.
  • Move filled finished skids to the next operations or staging areas, based upon the job, next operation, and shipment date.
  • Pull and verify accurate counts on material and supplies listed on job pull requests.
  • Assist all warehouse personnel with loading and unloading vehicles as necessary.
  • Assist in weighing and wrapping postal pallets in preparation for Post Office
  • Reconcile material and supply overs from production: part number, quantity and labeling into proper staging areas within warehouse.
  • Expedite and assist getting production proof approvals through Account Team.
  • Provide empty containers for recycled and non-recycled material on the shop floor.
  • Weekly paper replenishing at all company copy machines
  • Complete all paperwork and use timekeeping system efficiently.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record for the last three years.

Qualifications

  • Requires operating a Pallet Jack/Walkie and/or Forklift.
  • Performing all duties in a safe and efficient manner and reporting any possible safety hazards to a supervisor.
  • Performing all functions in accordance to our Quality, & Security programs.

Capabilities

  • Ability to work well with others in a professional manner.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate through ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.

  • In this role you will be trusted with confidential information as well as protected health information.*
  • Understand all of the information security policies that make up the Streamworks Information Security Program
  • Use Streamworks information and other information-related resources in compliance with all Streamworks Information Security Policies
  • Seek guidance from the Security Team on information security related matters that are not clear
  • Communicate with the Streamworks Security Team regularly by providing feedback

Education and/or Experience

  • High school, GED, or equivalent training preferred
  • Fork lift certification preferred

Work Environment

  • Potentially wet, cold, or hot environment
  • Noise levels requiring ear protection


Physical Demands

This is a very physical position requiring extensive standing, bending, turning and lifting for much of the work day. The selected employee must have the ability to:

  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of shift.
  • Climb, bend, reach, carry, and push/pull and other physical activity.
  • Sit attentively while driving varying distances.
