Description and Requirements
For our international team, we are looking for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with fluent knowledge of Dutch or Flemish.

What You'll Do:
- Processing of inquiries, e.g. on topics related to mobility and logistics systems.
- You will be answering the customer’s queries via phone, e-mail, or chat, identifying the client's problem
- Service-oriented and professional handling of customer concerns
What we expect:
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or Flemish are essential
- B1 English level for training purposes
- Valid working permit for Germany / EU citizenship
- Strengths in efficiency, accuracy, and empathy
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Internet connection of min. 16 MBit/s download
- Residence in Germany
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts: Mon-Sun 06:30 - 22:00
