Take over responsibility in supporting our team in HR related task
Job Definition
As Student Assistant HR Services you are involved in the entire employee life cycle and are a valued contact person for employees.
In close cooperation with the responsible P&O colleague your tasks entail:
- Independently taking on operational tasks, e.g. creation of job references, time recording, general certification, supporting work for payroll
- Special tasks such as visualisation of standard HR processes and research in digitisation topics
- Support with contract preparation and ad-hoc requests as they arise
- Organisation and preparation of employee anniversaries
- Preparation of contract and communication templates as well as administration of personnel files and database systems
Job Qualification
- Currently enrolled student, ideally with a human resources focus.
- Initial experience in the field of Human Resources is an advantage
- Excellent handling of MS Office and the ability to intuitively use HR software tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English language
- You can support us 15-20 hours/week during the semester. During semester breaks, you can increase up to 40 hours.
