One of our Global manufacturing partners is looking for a top notch Sr. Deskside Support Engineer to support all internal employees at their HQ in Atlanta, GA. This person will be a self-starter with excellent communication and the ability to work with various teams across the organization, including C-Level executives. - 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting and supporting PCs, hardware, and desktops in an enterprise environment
- Experience using Remedy, Jira, or ServiceNow as a ticketing system – ServiceNow preferred
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Hands on experience imaging and setting up new PCs and devices
- Experience acting as O365 admin
- Strong knowledge of the Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Exchange, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mentality
• Experience supporting Apple products
- Any Microsoft certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Supports, maintains, develops, and troubleshoots the operational network computer and telecommunication systems and related hardware and software components both in person and over the phone
- Performs hardware and software installations, upgrades and maintenance of network computer systems, components and applications.
- Monitors and documents computer (operating) systems, applications and hardware operational statistics (usage, performance, security/access, errors, availability, etc.)
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains end-user systems and applications
