Duties include: receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership's parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities. Responsible for keeping the parts department clean and orderly. Provide service technicians with parts as required. Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
- Resolves parts issues and conducts part transfers
- Request parts and supplies from internal departments and branch locations
- Receive orders and review for proper work order information.
- Stock delivered items and check shelves for appropriate inventory levels
- Prepare purchase orders as needed
- Check stock for outdated or damaged supplies
- Unload delivery truck
- Assign parts as requested by shop personnel
- Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis
- Parts experience a plus
- Inventory control a plus
- Must pass background check and drug test
