Housekeeper
The Housekeeping position is responsible for completing daily assigned guestrooms, up to The Shoals standards. The position requires all guestrooms to be completed to management standards on a daily basis.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned housekeeping equipment.
- Assuming responsibility for assigned master key.
- Accurately reporting room statuses.
- Completing daily assignments within a reasonable time frame.
- Cleaning guest rooms to company and management standards.
- Friendly and pleasant demeaner with resort guests & co-workers.
- Completing assigned room touchups.
- Turning assigned housekeeping worksheet into the housekeeping manager at the end of work shift.
- Completing all other duties assigned by GM and/or Housekeeping Manager.
