We're seeking a driving teacher to join our team!

We believe that learning to drive is about more than just passing a test. It's about empowering our students to become confident, responsible, and safe drivers for life. As our ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 10 years of driving experience. You should also be patient, supportive, and able to create a calm and positive learning environment for all of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality driving instruction to our students.
• Help students to develop the skills and knowledge they need to become safe and responsible drivers.
• Create a calm and positive learning environment for all of our students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
• Prepare students for their driving tests and help them to pass on the first try.

Requirements:

• A valid and clean driver's license, with no moving violations or accidents
• You must comply with all state and DMV regulations pertaining to driving and driving instruction.
• You must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• You must already be, or be willing to become, certified by the DMV. This requires passing a written and road test. (We will assist and train the right candidate!)
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:

• Pay rate range : $18.50 - $26/ hour. Competitive base pay offered, with the opportunity to move up the pay scale and earn higher compensation.
