Description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s (“BCBA”) role is to lead a multidisciplinary team to provide examination, evidence-based treatment, and family training to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Services are provided in-center based on client and family needs. The BCBA designs and implements individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies; additionally, the BCBA conducts Behavioral Assessments, including but not limited VBMAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS, and develops client-specific behavior plans in accordance with the principles of ABA. Finally, the BCBA supervises the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who implement ABA services for clients while advocating for their rights, dignity and privacy. The BCBA in this role will also be responsible for supervising fieldwork for “Practicum” students consistent with the requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
This position reports to the Medical Director of HealthCall Behavioral Services.

- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education, including coursework required by BACB at an accredited institution.
- Must hold an unencumbered license in the State of Michigan as a Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must hold 8-hour Supervising Training credential under BACB
- Must have experience supervising fieldwork for individuals working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services to children as a licensed BCBA.
- Valid Michigan State driver’s license, current automobile insurance and means of transportation.
- Ability to provide care in a variety of settings and/or situations.
- Culturally sensitive to a diverse client population.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with members of a team.
- Demonstrate compliance with accepted professional standards and practice; and
