JOB FAIR DATES: Jan 2nd-Jan 26th Monday - Friday. 9am-6pm (Weekends available upon request)
*Boozie’s is a new fun and friendly Restaurant and Brewery concept coming soon (February 2023) that holds an amazing food selection crafted by Celebrity Chef David Hollister and a fantastic beer selection that is brewed in-house by a multi-award-winning brewmaster, Bobby Mullins. *A bartender’s responsibility is to create a memorable experience for their guests by delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment the guest arrives to when they leave. A Boozie’s bartender drives sales by:
- Possessing knowledge of the bar, our craft beers, our craft cocktails, and the food menu.
- Upholding the integrity of Boozie’s Brewery & TX Fare while following steps of service to meet brand standards
- Be able to work efficiently in medium to high-volume food and beverage establishment.
- Maintain a positive demeanor while on the clock to create an optimistic and productive work environment
- Take coaching conversations and constructive feedback well and incorporate it into your daily routine
- Accurately take guest orders and ring them into the POS system (Aloha)
- Input to-go orders and function with UberEats and DoorDash.
- Responsible for proper cash management with the bar drawer.
- Physical ability to stand for long hours
- The ability (at times) to move dining room furniture such as tables, chairs, and barstools
- Maintain a clean area and be able to execute side-work tasks
- Be able to create craft cocktails by following specific recipes and using proper measurement tools to ensure consistency.
Bartender Requirments:
- Must have minimum of 1 FULL year of bartending experience
- Must be TABC certified and Texas Food Handlers
- LBW knowledge
- Reliable transportation
- Availabilityy to work various shifts, including weekends and some Holidays
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $20.83 - $30.22 per hour
