• Preferred Associate Degree or equivalent in the field of (one or more) music and worship.

• Manage in recruiting, training, and stewarding the worship team volunteers.
• Lead Thursday evening rehearsals.
• Facilitate the overall worship experience for Sunday morning worship.
• Maintain a culture where people are inspired to serve, and find deep fulfillment and affirmation.
• Willing to contribute to the overall ministry and creativity of Sent Church.
• Pursue education and training to a better knowledge of leadership and worship-related issues.

• Be a contributing, valued member of both the Worship Arts Ministry Leadership Team and Sent Church Staff by attending all staff meetings, leadership team meetings, and the leading of Worship Arts D-TEAMS (discipleship groups).
• Manage projects, organize tasks, and prioritize workload that may arise to assist the team in the fulfillment of the mission of the church.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as required, and during non-business hours should be available for rare emergency work.
• Suggest improvements and best practices when appropriate.
• Reports all team-related issues directly to the Worship Arts Director.
• Be actively involved in some form of an adult small group or discipleship group.

The name Sent Church comes from multiple places in scripture, including John 20:21, where Jesus said “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” In the same way that Jesus served as an ambassador to the greatness and goodness of God, we want to fulfill that role for our world as well. We want to equip you to do exactly that, wherever He might be sending you. The Children’s Ark - The Children's Ark Christian Day School was founded in 1994. It is a ministry of Sent Church that seeks to provide a safe educational environment for children to learn and grow. We aspire to partner with families to help develop young children socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Our staff is dedicated to serving the needs of our families.
