Deine Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the mechanical integration of different sensor setups, compute units, power supply and wiring harnesses into our base vehicle. Your main tasks are:

• Reverse engineering of base vehicle
• Concept, dimensioning and CAD design of component mountings
• Surface design for covering visible parts
• Creation of drawings, BOM & assembly instruction
• Technical support and tracking of procurement
• Close collaboration with vehicle workshop

Requirements

• Master's student in Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
• Experience in CAD design, especially surface design
• First experience in FE simulation (strength & modal analysis)
• 3D printing experience beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, ability to work in a team and to convince other people
• Entrepreneurial, self-reliant and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
• Min. availability of 15h/week
