For our location at Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a student trainee (m/f/d) to support our team "Technical Asset Management" immediately.

The "Asset Management" department , which includes the "Technical Asset Management" team, is mainly responsible for the asset management of commercial real estate in Germany and abroad. Central core topics of the team are, in addition to ensuring operator responsibility and technical maintenance of the buildings, the management and coordination of external partners for maintenance and expansion measures as well as budget tracking.
You support our team:
- With document-management to ensure operator responsibility
- In tracking the budget for maintenance measures and maintaining the planning assumptions
- With the implementation of the asset management planning tool "Argus
- In the planning and handling of ESG issues and Smart Assessments
- By day-to-day business tasks as well as administrative activities
You convince us:
- As an enrolled student* (m/f/d) preferably studying real estate economics with an affinity for real estate specific topics
- With secure MS Office skills, very good Excel knowledge
- With initiative and quick comprehension as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working
- With very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good German and good English skills are expected
