We are looking to add the right individual to our small family run business. We have a great team of individuals that bring their talents/skills into the workplace to work together as a team to build custom trucks and trailers. Building cool trucks is a passion of ours and we have been blessed with a high demand of work. We have a strong emphasis on the quality of the work that comes out of our shop. Our shop is located in Gap PA (closer to New Holland/East Earl area) and has heat and AC as well as a heated floor. Although we are small we offer health insurance, vision, and dental benefits (we pay 50% of the single employer rate), it is also available to your family. In addition we offer 1 week paid vacation and 2 paid holidays as well as various appreciations throughout the year.

We are looking for someone with passion and drive that has a positive attitude, good work ethic, competent skills in welding (Mig/Tig both preferred) and a willingness to learn. We would particularly welcome an applicant that has experience with layout, plasma tables, wiring etc but also willing to train. We do all custom work in house, so we are looking for a well rounded individual for this position. -knowledge of use of plasma table and other equipment a plus

-Must take pride in work

-Pay rate will be based on your experience and skill level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
