Cruise America is the nation's LARGEST RV Rental & Sales organization and we are HIRING IMMEDIATELY in our 24/7 Travelers Assistance call center for a Escalations Specialist.

• $20/hour
• 12 hour shifts

**THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE**

Schedule:

• 6:00AM to 6:00PM Saturday & Sunday
• 7:00AM to 7:00PM Saturday & Sunday

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES JOB DETAILS:

In this position, you will be urgently helping customers who need assistance while renting one of our RVs. Assistance can range from simple troubleshooting to serious situations such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc. and requires adaptability and quick thinking.

• Answer inbound customer support calls
• Assist rental customers
• Schedule vehicle services
• Dispatch towing
• Troubleshooting
• Reconciling Invoices
