Servers

Our Front of House (FOH) team is quick on their feet, out going and engaging. Organized with the ability to multi task on service needs is a must. Accurate order taking and quick use of our Point of Sale system is the standard we require. We provide full training on the Red Robin service steps and encourage our FOH Team to let their personality shine and recognize guests for who they are.
