Job Description

This position is for an entry level Visual Quality Inspector.

Quality Inspector must be extremely reliable and willing to work as a member of a team. Individual must have a keen attention to detail and quality. The position reports to the Inspection Supervisor/ Lead.

Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of finished goods. This position has final responsibility for adherence to customer specification, visual and dimensional.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspection of parts in accordance with applicable criteria, documents, drawings, and workmanship standards using precision gauge measurement equipment.
  • Perform final product inspection.
  • Sort out defects and touch up minor imperfections.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures, and complying with all applicable regulations.

Skills and Abilities

  • Listen to others and ask questions.
  • Read and understand work-related materials.
  • Aptitude for high volume repetitive work.
  • Excellent eyesight and visual acuity.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Complete on the job training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
