We are growing and are looking for talented team members to join our growing Statesville team! As a Value Stream Supervisor, you will have the primary responsibility for overseeing and improving the manufacturing operations overall efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, safety, and quality for an identified value stream. It is responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and productivity. It is responsible for analyzing production processes to identify the cause of problems using problem-solving methodologies, and the leadership and mentoring of High Performance Work Teams and their performance in order to create and implement solutions.

Shift Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Mon-Fri with OT as needed

The qualified candidate will have:

• Education required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience managing large groups
• Ability to assess, and react to workplace situations with appropriate urgency
• Understanding & Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Able to motivate hourly and salary employees
• Effective 1:1 and in groups
• Developing presentation skills
• Displays energy for the business
• Supports and foster change
• Able to coach and develop associates within value stream
• Able to support and foster a continuous improvement culture
• Works effectively and efficiently with associates
• Able to effectively manage conflict
• Understands engineering and quality requirements and deploy resources to produce the required solutions.
• Demonstrates a passion for safety
• Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner
