Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life through the purchasing of THEIR car.
• Be the vehicle inventory expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of an array of different vehicles, option packages & latest technology.
• Perform high-quality professional evaluations of used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in vehicle purchase offers.
• Consistently buy/source/acquire 25-40 vehicles for our inventory each month.
• Generate excitement and customer enthusiasm with your positive attitude each and every day.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running and get in front of people who want to sell their car.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers, sales and service teams.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Acceptable driving record - required by our insurance carrier.
• Submit to a pre-employment background check.
