Job Title: Lot Manager for Used Car DealershiP

Our 35 YEAR OLD used car dealership is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lot. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of lot attendants, ensuring that vehicles are properly cleaned, organized, and staged for sale, and maintaining an accurate inventory of vehicles on the lot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manager the mechanical work that needs to be done on the cars.

- Manage and supervise a team of lot attendants, ensuring they are meeting performance goals and providing exceptional customer service.

- Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned, organized, and staged for sale.

- Maintain an accurate inventory of vehicles on the lot, including conducting daily lot checks and managing the vehicle flow.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for customers.

- Oversee the maintenance and repairs of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are in saleable condition.

- Maintain a safe and clean lot, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

- Communicate effectively with the dealership's management team, providing regular updates on lot operations and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience in automotive lot management or related field.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an accurate inventory.

- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and customer service best practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
