Seeking a Part time / Full Time "Ultrasound Technician" for a highly reputable and private clinic in Plymouth, MN. The focus of this position is on conducting vascular tests/evaluations and provide input to the lead Nurse Practitioner on patient diagnosis.

This position is led by a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner. The person filling this role will have the responsibility for interacting with patients during their testing and should have good people skills. We provide a modern and upscale work environment and thorough orientation.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Obtaining patients' personal information and medical history.
• Conducting a unique, patented cardiology / vascular diagnostics and treatment program. This clinical program has more than 20-years of patient testing experience and involves identifying early existence of cardiovascular disease.
• Responsible for providing input on the program enhancement and outcomes assessment.
• Conducting vascular tests/evaluations and provide input to the lead Nurse Practitioner on patient diagnosis.
• Documenting processes and maintaining patient records.

Position Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

• Need to have appropriate state and/or Board licenses and certifications
• Individual filling this position should have experience with equipment used to conduct vascular tests/evaluations and should be able to provide input to the lead Nurse Practitioner on patient diagnosis.

NICE TO HAVE:

• An interest / background in preventative cardiology preferred
• Experience as a Cardiac Sonographers (Preferred)
• Excellent clinical and communications skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
• Minimum one to three years of clinical experience as a Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) / Sonographer (Preferred)

Salary: $76,960.00 - $87,360.00 per year
