Windcrest Day School & CDC is a non-profit, faith based, early learning center, accredited by NAEYC, serving children from birth to age 5. We are in need of a full-time infant teaching assistant who is enthusiastic and energetic with an early childhood background, strong teaching, classroom management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with developmentally appropriate practices and assessment of young children. Applicatants must be able to work well with others as part of a teaching team. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work mornings and afternoons.

You must be:

* 18 years of age

* Have a high school Diploma

* CDA or equivalent

* AA in Child Development or ECE desired

* Experience working at a NAEYC Center a plus

* CPR & First Aid training required

* Complete a background check
