Job description

§ 5-7 years travel Industry experience preferred and/or equivalent technology background or practical experience

§ Preference will be given to candidates with a technology background or practical experience with travel mid-office, online booking applications or other related travel technology

§ GDS proficiency, Sabre preferred

§ Project management experience preferred, specifically in managing initiatives with a diverse set of project stakeholders and cross-functional teams

§ Practical experience developing and documenting technical processes preferred

§ Exceptional customer service skills

§ Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with team members, clients and external vendors

§ Ability to perform in a team environment

§ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

§ Strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

§ Skilled in usage of various software application packages to include: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint.) Sharepoint and Microsoft Project experience a plus

§ Due the nature of the global expanse of the IPG Travel Program, flexibility of extended work hours as needed, is required

§ Ability to travel several times per year as needed, for internal meetings, company visits, etc.

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
