Job Title: Trash Valet

Company: Ally Waste Services

Job Type: Part-Time, Evening Shifts

Pay: $75 per night

Job Summary:

Ally Waste is seeking a reliable and hardworking Trash Valet / Refuse Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and recycling from residential areas in a timely and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
• Ensure that all trash and recycling is properly sorted and disposed of according to company standards
• Communicate effectively with manager and address any concerns regarding the property’s trash or recycling
• Take pictures for daily emailed reports
• Maintain a clean and organized property
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

• Have a smartphone
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
• Open bed pickup truck (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
