Experience Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of experience in the task-specific area, to include:
- Establishing training needs
- Developing goals and objectives
- Developing training programs
- Applying the Instructional System Development (ISD) process
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or Psychology
OR - Possess a Training Certification (e.g., Military Instructor Certification or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+))
- U.S. Citizenship required
- ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance
