Onsite/Remote:Partial Remote Position
This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Training Coordinator for John Deere Parts Distribution Center located in Milan, IL, you will develop and manage persona definition and timely execution of global training to our internal and external stakeholders of the A&CS organization as it pertains to Parts IT Modernization.
The Training Coordinator will have responsibility for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across parts support services, supply management, logistics, operations, finance, parts order fulfillment, and pricing to define and establish personas.
- Propose innovative ways to address risks and gaps using analytics techniques to drive decisions and communication.
- Developing the playbook for training content creation and training delivery (in person, virtual) across all regions and stakeholders.
- Creating, maintaining, and distributing various data driven reports that identify quality gaps to support corrective action needs.
- Ability to adjust training plan approach based off customer needs and orientation.
- Creating ad hoc reports and visualizations that support data-driven decisions.
- Tracking and communicating KPI’s associated with site implementations readiness.
- Developing relationships with product managers, regional digital process experts, and global digital process experts to ensure training content is up-to-date and providing value to stakeholders.
- Establishing new data provisioning solutions, explore new ways of organizing data, and focus on developing sustainable data usage for designated stakeholders.

What Skills You Need
Experience with new and innovate toolsets (PowerBI, WalkMe, Sway, FIGMA, Tableau, Articulate 360, Sharepoint, Microsoft Power Apps)- Demonstrated the ability to excel in ambiguous situations, develop and drive a plan, and inspire others to perform in challenging situations
- Demonstrated the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and teammates easily
- Ability to organize large quantities of data into an executable plan
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience with training stakeholders across multiple functional areas within a large program- Ability to apply data and analytics to non-conventional use areas
- Understanding of A&CS business processes and regional network structure
- Exposure to Agile practices
- Order Fulfillment, Finance, Pricing, Logistics, or Warehousing product knowledge
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Data and Analytics discipline or equivalent experience – University Degree (4 years or equivalent)- Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Degree in a Math discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Degree in Business Administration discipline or equivalent experience – University Degree
