Training & Development Coordinator

We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team as a Training and Development Coordinator. This leadership role oversees all Anne Grady training initiatives both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, highly organized, detail oriented, and a fast learner of advanced databases and e-learning platforms.

Some skills needed include but not limited to time management, public speaking, problem-solving, and excellent verbal, and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate must have a HSD/GED with some college education preferred, experience working with people with disabilities, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Program. The candidate will be responsible for developing trainings using various resources and offer these to employees using a learning management system, Zoom, and in person, as deemed necessary.
