WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Marketing Coordinator, Events, you will be responsible for working with cross-departmental stakeholders to lead the planning and execution of our global tradeshows and hosted events. From the initial planning through to final reports, you will own the responsibility for ensuring flawless and successful executions that align with our marketing and company strategy. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

· Managing multiple tradeshows and events, in different markets with various stakeholders

· Finding ways to optimize our processes to achieve continuous improvements at lower costs

· Creating action plans and working with stakeholders in other departments to ensure team participation and alignment

· Providing detailed updates and information to management regarding statuses and performance

· Being our resident expert on all things tradeshow and event planning, including: hotel negotiations, vendor management, shipping and logistics, etc.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have experience with tradeshows, preferably domestic and international, with demonstrated proficiency in B2B events.

Qualifications and Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience in tradeshow and/or B2B event planning

· Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time- each with its own timeline and demands

· Comfort in using online tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Trello, Smartsheet, or Trello for organization and planning

· Ability to lead meetings with a focus on keeping the agenda focused and tight

· Prior experience managing (and staying within) budgets up to $150k per show

· Ability to travel up to 50% including the ability to travel internationally as needed
