Batesville is looking for a Technology Integrations Delivery Manager to join. As a Technology Integrations Delivery Manager, you will be responsible to help drive technical strategic objectives for large customer accounts based on business and partner needs. This individual will work cross-functionally both with our sales and technology teams to drive integration development efforts, manage customer roadmaps, expectations and timelines and continuously monitor success through post-implementation evaluations. You can work from home with a remote team who thrives on collaboration and values your input.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with large strategic customers to gain an in-depth understanding of requirements, document, elevate and support their integration needs.
- Drive technical strategic objectives for large partner accounts based on business and partner needs.
- Coordinate, plan, communicate and implement all requirements to achieve integration and business results.
- Partner with Sales team to understand, prioritize and execute current and future customer needs.
- Responsible and accountable for the integration strategy, project plans, and roadmaps for external customer integrations.
- Ensure technical development resources are aligned to support the roadmap.
- Manage customer expectations and communicate timelines, challenges, needs, and successes.
- Align with project management, change management, and SOX requirements.
- Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Great to Haves:
- Intermediate experience with technical applications.
- Intermediate experience with portfolio management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical acumen with the ability to translate data, to insights, to action.
- Advanced experience leading large-size cross-functional projects
