Responsibilities:

  Oversee the cleaning of multiple office locations, ensuring that everything is done to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• 
  Provide guidance, support, and motivation to our cleaning team, ensuring that every job is completed to the best of everyone's abilities.
• 
  Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• 
  Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and job completion.
• 
  Ability to perform physical aspects of the position, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• 
  Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 
  At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 
  Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• 
  Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 
  A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 
  Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively

  Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
