Sunlit Landscapes is looking for a motivated full-time Team Lead to join our work family and grow with us. You will lead and work alongside your team to ensure projects are performed on time and to our quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, resolving customer complaints, and managing the team's workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage your and your team’s time efficiently, and a love for the outdoors are key to success in this role

Responsibilities:

• Guide and motivate team members to meet Sunlit standards on quality and time management
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and other team leaders
• Execute a project based on the parameters and plans provided
• Attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction with project results
• Drive truck and trailer safely to and from job sites
• Properly operate power equipment and hand tools
• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and/or installation duties on client properties alongside team members

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk, stand, kneel or bend for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to meet work demand in all weather conditions
• Willing to receive and apply constructive feedback on performance

Salary: Proportional to prior experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
