About the Team:
The Talent Coordinator will support and execute program activities in Talent and Development such as leadership, learning, culture & values, career development, and diversity, equity, & inclusion for the North American (NAM) retail and office employee populations.

This role will influence and support the design, development, and deployment of capability building materials by co-creating learning materials, graphics, illustrations, and other visuals to represent complex content, facts, processes and procedures.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will oversee the daily performance and administration of the LMS and other learning platforms for the North American corporate and retail populations, generating reports and providing localized customer support for the learner population.

Your Role as a Talent Coordinator:

  • Partner closely with the Talent Specialist in the design and/or delivery of talent led programs such as employee orientation, harassment training, talent accelerator programs, and the like.
  • Co-facilitate small to medium scale training sessions, supporting orientation and talent accelerator programs.
  • Deploy and execute the full project lifecycle of mandatory learning programs (such as Harassment training), requiring the collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders, program sustainability, and consistent program communication.
  • Proactively partner with business stakeholders to communicate talent programs and initiatives, and support the delivery of cluster objectives.
  • Communicate talent programs and initiatives through the design and creation of graphics, illustrations and other visuals to represent complex content, facts, processes, and procedures.
  • Co-lead activities to engage employees and increase the company culture based on values
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) responsibilities
  • Support the organization of the NAM Talent team project and communication platforms (i.e. Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Partner closely with the Talent Specialist in the design and delivery of talent led programs such as orientation, talent accelerator programs, and the like.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as needed

What is needed to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Retail, Business Administration/Management
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar Talent or Learning role
  • Experience within an international retail organization is a plus
  • Experience designing and developing learning and development training materials virtually, in-person, and digitally
  • Project management experience
  • Has an interest and experience in at least one area of focus: Talent, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Performance, Career Development, Systems Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
  • Strong time management skills and sense of accountability
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and working in the “gray”
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with multiple competing priorities
  • Commercial mindset with preference for data-driven decisions
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical skills
  • Ability to present training materials; engaging public speaker
  • Recognizes the importance of professional relationships and proactively seeks out individuals to complete required tasks

NYC Salary : $27.41 hourly commensurate with experience
