Position Summary:
United Urology seeks empathetic, passionate professionals with a heart for serving others! The ideal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have excellent communication and organizational skills, tangible experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments and with the Executive Team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consult with leadership, hiring managers, and the human resources team to create job descriptions and post requisitions.
- Coordinate virtual and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Process background checks & and ensure successful onboarding of all candidates.
- Perform orientations and assist with onboarding as needed.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Create and disperse written offer letters to new hires.
- Manage applicant tracking system, provide comprehensive reports to leadership, and perform other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Generates and analyzes reports using HMS, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems data to quantify results.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality with client and staff protected/personal information.
- Coordinates recruiting mass communications emails, mail, texting, etc.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience- healthcare recruiting a plus.
- At least one year of experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel:
- Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
- Outstanding judgment, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility, problem-solving, and team attitude.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames and meet tight deadlines, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities, with minimal supervision, and to foster a positive work environment.
Physical Requirements for the job:
- Able to sit, stand and or walk throughout the day.
- Intermittently required to stoop, bend, speak, and listen.
