As a Talent Acquisition Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on recruitment projects, such as developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, creating recruiting materials, and advising both management and employees on promotional opportunities, career ladders and interviewing techniques. You will also build relationships with local schools, colleges, and organizations to develop candidate pipelines.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-person and telework attendance. This position requires significant travel including some evenings or weekends.
